True, that’s why the part of my staff that deals with the costumers gets a special training twice a year on how your can best deal in situations like this. It’s so important that costumers leave happy or at least feel that you have done everything in your power to help them. Eventually your customers will make or break you company.

Raving fans are definitely you want in any business. You can leverage your raving fans and profit ever more by getting testimonials and success stories from them. Audio, video, and written testimonials; get them all! The mere act of asking for a testimonial from a client lets them know you are interested in them and are listening to them to create that crucial relationship on a more personal and emotional level. Once you have some testimonials from raving fans not only are they more likely to refer more, but you can use their testimonials in your marketing and advertising to bring in even more customers. You can really profit by leveraging those great testimonials!
