Your quote about “Licking stamps” broke my heart. I have a mail order skincare company, So I lick my fair share! When I first was exposed to you, I bought into your system right away. As soon as I asked a customer to be in my “customer spotlight” newsletter section she was so happy; I knew you knew your stuff.
Yet, here I am still licking stamps! Just as I learned in the beginning to not be a “news-letter pansy” and mail all customers and prospects my newsletter, I will get some professional help with mundane tasks. I know it will take me up a step.

As a Business Coach, I see this as one of the biggest challenges holding back business owners from their financial and lifestyle goals. The primary obstacle is that many of them HAVE “bootstrapped” their businesses to moderate levels of success. So they have lots of “data” supporting their ability to grow the business without help.
So what I do with them is exactly the math you did. For example, if the job would cost $20/hour to get an assistant to do it, and the owner makes $200/hour when they sell; then the decision to let go becomes a lot easier.
