I would recommend if he’s using the newsletter to send out to prospects to use specific testimonials strategically. All testimonials are not created equal! Each testimonial should have a specific sales hurdle it leaps over or a benefit it substantiates through proof. He should do some research to see what are the most common sales barriers he must overcome to obtain a new customer and then get a specific testimonial that overcomes each of those barriers. Using this strategy is one of the ways he can ensure he’s using all the “firepower” he can to prove his case to his prospects.
