Great ideas Jim!
I’ve found that if you just send out a card saying “Thank You for your business!”, that can go miles for a relationship. Or you can do one better and make a personal call, they’ll think you’re trying to sell them something & be real skeptical…it’s great to just say thanks & get off the phone!
